Women Career Lunch

You are not yet sure which career path in office and science you should choose after your Master's degree? Would a doctorate be a sensible step? Why are networks and competitions particularly important for female architects when planning their careers?

Following on from the exhibition and the panel discussion on "Women at the Reiff", we were able to explore these questions together with female master's students and invited experts. We, that is Birgit Schillak-Hammers and Frederike Eyhoff from the Chair of Art History and Kaja Köhnle from the Equal Opportunities Office of RWTH Aachen University, invited to the lunchtime modules "Women Career Lunch" in the summer semester 2023. The female students received a lot of information and coaching on the topic of career paths in architecture.
